Cambria Tide Pools

On our way to Cambria, we saw this. You'll see the big rock of Morro Bay where we went to the beach last time. It looks so small from here.

GC and I had the excellent idea to go find some creatures during low tide. It was a beautiful day with no wind and lots of sun. I think Elle is touching a sea urchin here.

We found lots of starfish, muscles, urchins and rocks. Elle touching a starfish.

Me and the ladies. Don't worry, Wade is alive. He was just sleeping in the car (sorry...van) with Gramps and Wilma.

A Teaser

I've not fallen off the face of the planet. We are alive and well, enjoying the sunshine.

Sunny Days

I love the sun and how it feels when it hits my skin. I could get used to this! We had an excellent visit in Arizona. The plane ride was long, but the troops did well. I loved it when we landed and Elle shouted at the window "Hi Phoenix!". And today we were driving on the 101 along the coast and when we informed Elle and Bryn that they were looking at the ocean, Elle said "Are there sharks in the ocean?". Yes...there are sharks, but lots of friendly fish too. Bryn was pretty sure there are crabs at the ocean. We'll just have to check it out!

Redesigns

Ok...for those of you that didn't know, I do the graphics and website for Brandon's business. They are printing new shirts to give to clients who have given referrals to them, so we decided to rethink the layout of the 'logo'.

Here is how it was:

But, I'm not sure I like the blue/grey on the bottom.

Are You Ready For The Challenge?

On Saturday, March 28th Climb Pittsburgh III will be happening in the Gulf Tower in downtown Pittsburgh. This happens to be the building where Brandon's office is. They(meaning De Novo Pittsburgh Chiropractic & Health) will be offering complimentary chair massages and Active Release Techniques (ART) treatments to all participants on race day. So, are you ready for the challenge? I don't think I am!

Ball Throw

I have no idea when it is normal to start throwing balls, but Wade started today. He thinks it is hilarious. Wouldn't it be great if we all bursted up laughing everytime we threw something? I think Wade is on to something.

The troops and I are heading out to Arizona tomorrow morning. We'll be there for a couples days before reaching sunny California. I hope it's warm. I'm ready for some sun!

And for those of you who are into couponing, feel free to check out a couponing site my sister and I made. I've used google sites to make this web site and I'm still deciding if I like it or not. It's easy enough to use though. My sister is now way better at couponing than me and has found some amazing deals. It is pretty addicting.

I spent some time yesterday updating the Pittsburgh Area Races google calendar. I love that the half marathon I ran last fall is already on calendar for this year. Time to start training!
