Underwater

When I was younger I stopped swimming lessons after my teacher tried to force me to dive. I don't have any official swimming training or experience unless dolphin/little mermaid in-water dive/jumps count (which they should). Today I tried swimming laps for the first time ever. I did 5 there and backs...however far that is...and I almost died. I'm determined to learn to swim this time. Brandon and Brad have been swimming for a few months now and have given me some tips. Swimming is in my genes. My Mom is a swimmer...so this should come naturally right? So...what's the deal with swimming? I don't know...but I better figure it out soon, or I'll drown.

Oh wow, i am so proud of you! Swimming is great! Good luck.
Do you use a kick board? You can go so much farther if you use a kick board.

I'm proud of you too! Swimming is a good thing to do during easter break, didn't think of that! Swimming sure uses alot of body muscles, the last time I swam laps I thought I might never catch my breath! That was on the first lap! Well keep kicking! gj

you can also swim at the beach- but I much prefer jumping around in the surf with a boogie board- or just plain body surfing- it is better excercise than anything else I have found- and very invigorating- you get real good vibes from the surf at the beach- I could sit there all day just soaking it in...............so, why are you still at home reading this, I ask again? Don't go swimming in Red Chinar. The water is toxic and will give you cancer. Plus, I once saw a half eaten corn cob float by when I was swimming on the beach in Yantai. That, and I bet everyone pees in the water. And the oil film on top of the water. Plus they are all Godless Commies.
