We did it before leaving for Brandon's race in Big Sur, at about 6:05am. And...the kids were just SO excited that they couldn't seem to be quiet (mostly Wade). He let out an especially loud squeal which gave us away, but your parents didn't come out and let the kids feel like they were super sneaky.

I think that would be a very nice way to start the day. Great idea. And tell Elle, Bryn, and Wade that I think their art is beautiful.
